As most of you know, Beau isn't new to this world. Most recently serving as Head of Biocompatibility at Convatec, he brings with him a deep-rooted understanding of quality systems, regulatory expectations, and what it actually takes to get a device — and a team — across the finish line. Those of you who've crossed paths with Beau already know: his expertise is matched only by his commitment to doing things right.
